My Story

I am a medical doctor who has worked for international pharmaceutical companies, adopting a patient-centric approach for over 15 years. I have significant experience with medical and marketing projects in various roles within the medical department. During this period, which represents the most productive days of my career, I took on responsibilities in numerous international projects.

In addition to my direct people management experience, I have successfully carried out many product launches by engaging in multidisciplinary collaborations. I played an active role in the licensing and reimbursement processes of numerous products, from the R&D stage onwards. I have developed deep expertise in the clinical research area (Phase studies, observational studies, IIT) and real-world evidence (RWE) projects, which are indispensable for the medical affairs department. Furthermore, I have gained leadership experience in hospital management during the latter part of my career, adding diversity to my professional journey.

As of July 2024, I have decided to continue working in the medical affairs field under the umbrella of consultancy. With my scientific knowledge and years of dedicated experience, I look forward to contributing to this field with great enthusiasm.

  • Pioneering the Myelofibrosis Early Access Program which is one of the largest EAP’s in Turkey with highest enrolled patient number
  • Execution of the first and only interventional Phase II study in Turkey, collecting clinical data on the effectiveness of Nilotinib as a first-line treatment, with poster presentations at international congresses and publication as a full-text article.
